Who is behind this site

Valtaris is the working brand of an individual owner/operator acting personally, not a separate registered company or academic institution. The owner/operator is responsible for the purposes and handling of research data. This is a prelaunch privacy notice; it has not been presented as lawyer-reviewed.

Visiting the website

This is a static informational website hosted through Cloudflare. Normal hosting, network delivery and security logging may process basic technical request information, such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time.

The site does not include a public contact form, account registration, tracking pixels, advertising scripts, chat widgets or site analytics. Fonts are served with the website rather than requested from an external font service. Hosting infrastructure may still process technical data to operate and protect the service.

Email you choose to send

Email sent to research@valtaris.site is voluntarily supplied. Your email provider and the services used for mail routing and receipt process the message in order to deliver it. Correspondence may be used to respond to your question or handle a privacy request. Respondent project coordination and follow-up stay within Respondent; this mailbox is not a participant contact database.

Include only what is necessary. Do not send passwords, API keys, customer-identifying records, unnecessary personal information or confidential attachments. This address is not a secure channel for sensitive records.

Research is a separate process

The first five planned interviews are notes-only, with no recording, transcription or external AI analysis of interview material. Real collection remains on hold pending the complete participant disclosure and operational/provider checks. Emailing an inquiry does not give consent to participate or be contacted commercially. Approximate operational ranges are acceptable; participants should avoid customer-identifying information.
