Valtaris is preparing notes-only interviews about operational workflows at established US HVAC contractors. Real participant collection has not begun.
A conversation, not a sales presentation.
The purpose is to understand how work moves through a business: the people involved, the systems they use, and the decisions that need context. We are interested in what works well, what varies, and how routines have evolved.
Companies where workflows already work well are equally valuable to this research. There is no assumed need for new software or automation.

What participation should feel like
A discussion of your experience, in your own words. You can skip a question or end a conversation. Approximate operational or economic ranges are acceptable; exact financial figures are not necessary.
Clear boundaries
- Research is not a sales presentation.
- We do not ask for passwords, API keys or access credentials.
- We do not ask for customer-identifying records.
- Please avoid employee-identifying, sensitive or confidential information.
- The first five interviews are notes-only: no recording, transcription or external AI analysis of interview material.
Before a conversation
A complete participant disclosure and your choice about participation and notes must come before any session. The first-five notes-only policy cannot be overridden by a recording or AI permission choice. Research data is handled separately from this website under that research process.
